Monday Crochet & Knitting Workshop
3:30-4:45 age 7+
Crochet & Knitting for beginners and advanced students. Projects will vary with ability and interests.
Tuesday WonderMakers
3:30-4:45 Kindergarten - 2nd Grade
For young creatives who love nature, art, music, gardening, sewing, painting, drawing, beading, clay and so much more! This workshop is a sampler and an introduction for young hands to learn a little of all we do at The Little Bits Workshop.
Tuesday Sewing Workshop 3:30-4:45 1st grade-middle school
Our sewing workshops are for beginners and advanced sewers. There will be a wide variety of projects to choose from and classes will be differentiated by age and ability. All beginners will begin with hand sewing basics and will progress to learning sewing machine skills.
On Wednesdays...We are on the road in Oak Park at Holmes, Lincoln, Hatch, Grace, Childrens School and Irving Elementary. If your child attends on of these schools check with your PTO to register.
Thursday MakerNature Workshop
3:30-5:00 1st grade-middle school
We hike and explore to discover birds, animals, insects, plants and all things nature... Kids will also learn how to become good stewards of the land, read maps, whittle wood, learn knot-tying and safety. This program is designed to create balance, wellness and wisdom.
Thursday Sewing Workshop
3:30-4:45 (age 6+) 1st grade-middle school
Our sewing workshops are for beginners and advanced sewers. There will be a wide variety of projects to choose from for boys and girls.Classes will be differentiated by age and ability. All beginners will begin with hand sewing basics and will progress to learning sewing machine skills.
NEW:::Friday KidMarket
3:30-4:45 ages 8+ school Fridays
This workshop is ideal for young entrepreneurs who have been developing hand skills to develop products that they can make and market at our upcoming KidMarkets. They will learn how important quality work is, how to do the math of pricing, how tp brand and package their product and ultimately how to be a good salesperson. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER
Saturday Sewing Workshops -
9:30am-11:30am for All ages 8 and up!
Our Saturday Sewing is for beginners and experienced sewers. Projects will vary depending on each student’s experience.
